Wonder why.
Efficiency. Everyone knows if we tax the wealthy then the economy would collapse because they would stop spending. Plus, billionaires employee entire accounting firms to do their taxes so there is no way they could be wrong. Its silly even looking at them.
I have not verified the accuracy of this.
