Carbonating water creates a small amount of carbonic acid in the water and makes the whole thing slightly acidic. Usually it’s not enough to instantly curdle milk but it would certainly give off the same smell/taste as almost expired milk. This would almost certainly be very gross, even ignoring the bubbly milk part

It’s also very acidic and bitter tasting if it’s strongly carbonated.

I see what you are saying. I should use yogurt with carbonated water instead.

      Thanks!

Makes me think of that smart girl using pasta water to make coffee.

    “Did it taste good?”

    “No ❤️”

That’s the type of shit you’d eat in the 18th century as a piss poor beggar who doesn’t wanna go into the workhouse.

I eat cereal with water daily. It is not bad. The trick is to dial in the amount to barely wet the cereal but leave nothing at the end. I use a 1/4 cup measure. Like every morning is 1/4cup of iron fortified ‘Os’, little honey drizzle, 1/4 cup of: peanuts, fruit and nut trail-mix, and 3/4 cup of granola cereal. That is actually better than anything I ever had when eating dairy. You won’t have sinus junk after, and you’ll likely have less inflammation related issues, pain, plus feel a little better.

I tried ditching dairy temporarily for two weeks to see how I felt. That was around 4 years ago; never went back.

A broken neck and back are the source of my chronic pain. So your results may vary on that front.

Kind of? Milkis has this nice yogurty tartness that I don’t think sparkling water and milk powder can give you
