US Vice President JD Vance has ruled out American intervention in the India-Pakistan conflict, calling it "none of our business" and urging both sides to pursue de-escalation through diplomacy.

This is fine. Don’t get into more conflicts. But if you want to be isolationist, then pull out everywhere. Pull put of all foreign bases.
