Do businesses in America not let their employees go and vote during work hours?
Technically, businesses are required by law to provide leave to vote, but it’s a dubious prospect and depends largely on your employer in the end because (like many things in our capitalist hellscape) it can cost a lot of money to obtain legal recourse if your employer doesn’t follow the law.
