Like, they were insinuating that she was lying by calling herself “Dr. Jill Biden” when she didn’t have an MD. This seems like an extension of that - “see, she’s obviously not a real doctor because she didn’t diagnose this cancer earlier”

Part of it is the stupid right wing “you can’t call yourself a doctor if you aren’t a medical doctor.” They view her degree as a fake “woke” degree, which doesn’t count. They don’t believe in qualifications, but they laugh at them anyway.
