The point being made isn’t that the dem’s are doing enough to talk about the economic mess we are all serving. We all know, they aren’t, they are avoiding the main topics.
The point is the accusation that they are talking too much on say trans issues… which I find bullshit as well. IE the whole concept of harris’s campaign being woke I find ridiculous… I watched her ads, I watched her debate, I don’t recall her bringing up LGBT or Minority topics unless the interviewer/moderator specifically asked.
I’d imagine the shares are rising because investors think less they are hoping musk stops hurting the company by publicly pissing off the world.
I mean, it’s basically shoplifting. Trump admin is taking down all the securities so they can keep it out of the safe and sell them… but in the process, they are also opening them up to being taken without asking. Then it comes down to the same question of say music/software piracy. Is it easier to buy it from the trump admin, or just get it from back channels.
Yeah the propor methods to protest him should be to not vote for him… or vote to recall him… er… oh yeah that’s right, he’s got all this power and yet only is on the side line throwing money at a guy, and people he thinks will vote for a guy. So the only recourse he’s left us is to go after the money he has to throw.
Well that too, but sadly we are at the point where that is normal and goes back several administrations. The signal usage for military communications reaching public knowledge is something unique to this situation (of which i won’t fully discount the possibility that it may indeed have started prior to this administration)
Yeah, it is defective… or at least not up to the task of security for classified information… not to mention not compliant with record keeping laws, that’s the whole fricking point.
The big play they are trying is to put the emphasis of the fail on adding the journalist… that wasn’t the crime, it was a demonstration of why it is a crime, and it is how he got caught. Using signal for war/attack plans was the crime.

Pros:
Great for all the millions of takes forever tasks that can only be done durring business hours… need to update your drivers license, have any taxes, negotiate with the bank on things, or anything else that can only be done mon-friday in business hours… fricking awesome ease of options.
As also mentioned, socializing is the drawback… want to meet with a friend, date etc… well that’s a bit less fun, best bet is to do it on a worknight but still be ready to come home early enough to not be dead on your ass at work.

The biggest threat the republicans have… is putting what they stand for out front and center. That’s why their typical strategy is to focus on nothingburgers that have almost no impact like, dealing with the trans athletes. or wholey fictional ideas like schools putting in litterboxes for furries.
So… the goal is to get rid of the illegal immigrants afraid to pay taxes… great plan.
I have to ask… why on earth is the headline “says family”. Isn’t checking death records extremely easy for reporters and news organizations. Deaths shouldn’t need a “just this guys opinion” out in the headline.
I mean go for it… I assume the strategy on the whole is just a reverse of the supression strategies etc… IE I assume the vast majority of the petitions are going in areas that overwhelmingly voted for trump… and the contact information will be used to overwhelmingly flood with reminders and pushes for them to go out and vote.
IE it’s a legal absolute no to coersively hinder or push voting to people who will vote a certain way, but in this overly tracked flooded with data world. You can find the trends that allow you to target things that aren’t illegal, but have overwhelming correlation.
Piracy isn’t exactly enforced in the “break down your door, slap cuffs on you” behavior. 99% of piracy crackdowns in the US, are more or less your internet service provider detects you are running torrents of something copyrighted, and tells you that if they catch you again they are cutting your connection.
Really interested if we are going to find just like damn near every other violence against trump case… everyone who’s caught will turn out to be trump voters. (Examples. both assasination attempts, exploded tesla at trump tower).

rich white billionares do not fill up theatres or make a substantial percentage of disney+ and Hulu subscriptions… a group of people that know how to target different demographics will obviously outperform one that targets the hell out of maga fans but doesn’t know how to talk to the other 70% of the country.
Shouldn’t it also point out, say… everything else in that gap.
IE, Cancer/Aids research, Disease prevention. millions of federal jobs etc…
While it’s still obviously corrupt as fuck… it wouldn’t really effect the average american that much if he only gutted things that hurt him directly (I mean still obviously causes problems when he kills the CFPB, OSHA etc…), but obviously all the USAID projects etc… those wouldn’t effect him in any way shape or form, but he’s still after them.
I’m assuming the issue is the new nicole has already been banned by the time you are responding to it, thus there’s nothing new to report.
Far as solutions, only ones I can imagine are I guess to allow instance owners to auto block and ban messages featuring certain words/sentences, and maybe auto delete messages from already banned users, in terms of technical solutions to getting ahead of the whack a mole game.
ah yeah quite true, if the question is egg’s in general, then yeah, eggs existed before the first land walking creatures. I always assumed the question is meaning a chicken egg specifically. Of which the answer is still the same as, as assuming we as humans pick an arbitrary line to draw for being a chicken. Obviously before the first chicken exists, a creature just short of meeting the qualifications for a chicken, would have layed an egg of what we define as a chicken, to create the first “chicken”.
