Pretty easy to spot this is generated (beyond the content making it blatantly obvious), though. JD’s right hand is too large, left one is garbled having a distorted finger where a thumb should be. Text on the Cheetos bag is garbled. Vertical frame of the right window continues in the wrong place after horizontal interruption, frame reflections differ per window panel, … and this is just what jumped out on a cursory glance. I bet I could find a lot more if I looked closer.

In hindsight Idiocracy seems prophetic.
