Starch. This limits what I can eat. Unfortunately I didn’t know this growing up, so I ate a pretty carb heavy diet which caused health issues which caused me to be grouchy a lot. Took until I nearly 40 to figure out that I wasn’t just an unstable asshole.
You got to spend some time with your brother. He’ll remember that.
Freeze it. Toast as needed.
