Y’all are the ones that know how to make the printer work, which is wizardry to millennials and boomers alike
He/Him Jack of all trades, master of none
Proudly banned from lemmy.ml for being critical of the CCP

You don’t need to know how to run a nuclear power plant, but you do need to know what wires are
This analogy actually works kind of well. Like, you don’t actually need to know anything about wiring to use a light switch, but if something goes wrong in your house and you need to fix it, having just a little bit of knowledge about how the device works can save you hundreds of dollars and days of downtime.
It can also help you avoid making the mistakes that cause those problems in the first place, whether the issue is that you don’t know what setting you accidentally changed, or you don’t know how many watts you can safely pull out of an outlet
Anyone saying anything but #7 is delulu. There’s a reason Bic won pens
duel boot
Lmao Linux and Windows sitting there like ⚔️ ⚔️ ⚔️
There are dozens of us. Surely someone can figure out how to port F360 to Linux, or make a functional clone
Some might switch due to windows OS locked apps
Fusion360 is literally the only reason I still have a windows install. I’ve had people try to recommend Linux alternatives before, and none of them can match my level of stupidity. If I can’t draw a circle in your CAD program without looking up a tutorial, then I really can’t design a webcam adapter for my telescope
Further advice, don’t use a lot of it. You’ll see videos on youtube of people pouring like three cups of vinegar in their washing machine, don’t do that. You only need a splash of it. If you use too much, the acid will eat away at the rubber gaskets and shit
Thank you, I had no idea how to find this, it’s super fascinating
Some of these removals are perfectly warranted, like that L + ratio comment. It was a fun comment, but not productive. I didn’t even know I was banned from 196 for… Defending genocide? Because I didn’t want Trump elected? I would like to congratulate the moderators of blahaj.zone for successfully preventing a Harris presidency.
All the recent .ml stuff is because of “rule 1,” and y’all can plainly see that none of the comments removed were bigoted, and only one was uncivil.
I genuinely didn’t. How do you check that? I want to see their excuse for banning me
I criticized the CCP on lemmy.ml and got called racist and got banned lmao
Edit: thank you for the link, Lazycog@sopuli.xyz!

I stand by every single comment that’s been removed from this platform. Some of them were removed for good reason, one of them was a brain fart that I shouldn’t have posted in the first place, but I’m happy to have y’all investigate my moderation history
ETA: If you read this, and then replied to a comment that’s already been removed from a community I’m banned from, you’re an idiot. I literally can’t interact with you. Why not reply to this comment?
Guys this took me way too long to transcribe but I could not go without posting it. wizardlyghost wrote that shit in iambic pentameter. This is the first time I’ve ever seen someone use iambic pentameter when imitating Shakespeare, and they did it fucking flawlessly
ETA Y’all magpiecrown illustrated this and it’s the best
That’s true, but further proves my point that people should know more about the systems they interact with and how to manipulate them. If someone burns down their house while trying to replace an electrical outlet, that is not a sign that home handymen should not be replacing electrical outlets.
