    Good now do something effective and substantive. I still remember that Booker tried to block cheaper drug imports from Canada on some bullshit about how they don’t have good safety standards, and I still think of him as the Senator from the pharmaceutical industry.

    Finally an American politician that did someth you can be proud of. It’s been a while since we’ve seen that.

    It probably won’t do or change much, but at least it’s something

    Spectacular feature, but people are talking about the length of the speech and not so much what he spoke about. This is impressive feature too!

      I’m sure some of his content was spot on, but the whole point was holding the Senate locked for as long as possible. 25 hours was the impressive feat.

      But when you speak for more than a day straight… I bet a lot of what he said would be considered rambling.
