But I’m also really far from teenager shyness or “not knowing better”, so I would just wait until they pick up and say how annoyed I am and how they can go f themselves with that practice. If several people would do that every day, they would reconsider how they take bookings.
Haha, I meant in the event you politely say it annoying and counter to web booking desire. I think the fick you might undermine any positive suggestions for change.

Pretty likely whoever’s taking reservations isn’t going to have any say in what’s on the website.
They can still report feedback to their superior.
