Absolutely! We’re still a bit away from being solely reliant, in the general sense, on renewables, but they’re fantastic at grid supplimentation! We should be heavily investing in both, but much more in nuclear, as it has higher energy yield and is able to meet demand better. Having an EE degree has proven more stressful in recent years with the administrations not doing enough for energy demand in America. It’s no small stretch to say, we are decades behind on demand and infrastructure.
