    An “unusual move”? Nice phrasing there, NYT.

    I wonder if history will call it an “unusual move”.

      History isn’t going to call it anything at this rate because there won’t be anyone around to read about it.

        Fascism tends to last about 10-15 years on average. The thing about fascism is that it is unsustainable by its very nature.

        Economic policy is always about global isolationism without any actual though process behind those policies, leading to hyperinflation.

        Fascism also depends on having an in-group and an out-group. Now, the “out-group” are immigrants with brown skin and trans people. This will expand to more groups after a while, then even more groups until it becomes massively clear that a genocide is happening. Soon after, they start to turn on themselves and they implode from the inside.
