In general, I use the simplest technology that does the job. So it really depends on what you’re generating names for. A lot of times, just selecting items from a list of firstnames and lastnames is enough.
FWIW I had a similar experience, and just switched to oatmilk. I only use it for breakfast cereal, so I don’t notice a difference.
(I’ve heard almond milk is good too, but I believe almond growers take up a disproportionate amount of water.)

I don’t know who’s running the Nicole scam, but in some centers:

So there’s always the chance that you’re not scambaiting a willing scammer, but an enslaved person who’s just scared of being forced into prostitution.

I suspect comment-OP just lives somewhere that giving teens sex education is considered odd and unethical. Unsurprisingly, teenage pregnancy is often the result, so with good intentions they are giving the best advice they have.
