    Yes. But our fascist is largely a laughing stock who is actually likely to lose his own seat in parliament in a month if the polls hold. His association with Trump is resoundingly hated both on the left and most people on the right. He’s a twerp that (hopefully) isn’t long for this world (politically speaking of course)

        Not really. They’re mostly clustered in a couple of prairie provinces, which have a very small impact on elections. Ontario and Quebec basically determine the election. So as long as the Eastern conservatives stick to their fiscal bitching and moaning and generally shy away from the culture war bullshit (which they generally do), we’ll be fine. Poppinfresh and his gang of Maple Maga are trying to take over the party, but for now at least, his own party has expressed annoyance as his rules about what they can and cannot say.

          Weird that isolated clusters are the only sources of fascism in Canada, when the PM’s office had multiple Nazi sympathizer scandals, and indigenous people across the entire country live in fear for their lives.

          How are isolated clusters controlling national politics?
