Ah yes destroying other people’s lives because of one asshole in power

Today it’s cyber truck, tomorrow it will be your Corolla but whatever.

I dont like Elon but don’t understand how people think vandalish would change anything. Elon will even be happy if you do that - some people could come back and buy another Tesla or repair existing one and bring money to his company

Partly because these people are sending a message that goes beyond the owner of the car.

At the same time, the owner of the truck is openly showing their support of Musk and Trump by driving it. While I don’t condone ruining people’s lives, if you’re going to openly support fascism, the suffering of our people, the stripping away of our freedoms, the dissolution of our legal system, the raping of our economy, and the destruction of our nation, then perhaps you deserve to feel just a little more than uncomfortable… like the rest of us…

If it was bought recently, I would agree with you but owner could just buy it because it looks cool/etc (I know I know but who am I to judge other peopl’s tastes). Does it have to be political?

They can slap a Ford sticker on their cyber truck and people will probably leave them alone.

This is contributing to making a billionaire bringing on fascism go bankrupt… Yeah, I don’t love personal property damage, but they’re disappearing people.

If you’ve got a Tesla, spend 20 minutes and $20 bucks and buy a sticker to disavow the company… Otherwise I really can’t bring myself to care

I think there’s a difference between the most common sedan in America and an $80,000+ hunk of junk that only people that support Musk would buy.

Yet still there are people that make strange (and terrible) financial decisions, when preorders just opened, people were really looking forward into buying it. I’m still not convinced that each owner buys it because of politics/trump/etc.
