The new outbreaks confirm health experts’ fears that the virus will take hold in other U.S. communities with low vaccination rates and that the spread could stretch on for a year. The World Health Organization said this week cases in Mexico are linked to the Texas outbreak.
Oh for fucks sake. You do realize that when you don’t have herd immunity, the virus gets a wonderful chance to evolve and become resistant or even immune to the vaccine right? A vaccine isn’t nearly as effective when herd immunity isn’t at play and vaccines aren’t 100% effective, wanes over time, not everyone can get them, newborns can’t get them right way, and immunocompromised still have problems even with the vaccine.
